Respect our neighbours

• Please protect Boxengasse by respecting our neighbours, approach our venue slowly, quietly and with caution. Failing to do so will result in a lifetime ban.

​Tickets

• Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis.

• We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

• Tickets are limited and once they are sold out, no more will be released.

• Waiting lists do not exist for our events.

• Tickets for our events are only available by pre-purchase online, they are not available for purchase on arrival.

• Your tickets will be sent via email and from our ticketing partner Eventbrite within 24 hours. If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours please check your spam folder or log into your Eventbrite account and check that your details including your email address are correct.

Admission

• Please note that we, our suppliers, sponsors, exhibitors and traders will be preparing up until 10:00 on the day of the event. We ask you kindly not to show up beforehand as you will not gain early admission and will be turned away. Locally there are several options including Bicester Village for coffee.

• The event will open to the public at 10:00 and close at 17:30.

• Ticket holders will only be able to gain admission up until 13:30 on the day of the event.

• One ticket admits one person.

• Please have your ticket ready for scanning on arrival. To gain entry, you will need to present your ticket to our marshals for scanning. Your tickets may be presented for scanning on either your smartphone device or in print form.

• Admission will not be granted to participants in the possession of an incorrect ticket type or with an incorrect number of tickets for the size of their party.

• The QR code on each ticket is unique and only the first copy of the ticket scanned at Boxengasse will gain admission.

Readmission​​

• Once a participant leaves Boxengasse after having had their ticket scanned they will not be able to regain entry to our site.

​

Children

• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

• Tickets for children under the age of 12 are free of charge.

​

Disabled

• Disabled toilets and parking are available, please speak to one of our marshals or a member of staff on-site for directions. 

​

Parking

• Parking is free of charge for ticket holders. Please follow instructions from our marshals for where to park.

• Non-Porsche vehicles will be parked in our general admission car park.

• Please proceed with caution, observing the 10mph speed limit and give way to pedestrians at all times.

Taxis

• Marshals will direct taxis to the designated drop off and pickup zone on approaching Boxengasse, please be aware the zone is a 1 mile walk away from the entrance gates.

​

ATM​

• ATM's are not available on site. In most instances vendors will have card machines, however, we recommend bringing cash to avoid disappointment.

​

Weather

• In the event of extensive rainfall the organiser reserves the right to adjust the layout of the event accordingly.

​

Dogs

• Well behaved dogs are welcome at Boxengasse, but must be kept on leads at all times. Please clean up after your dog and use the bins provided.

Press Passes

• Press passes are limited and are only issued to accredited journalists. Applications can be made by emailing info@boxengasse.com

Refund Policy

• Tickets are non refundable.

​

Postponement and Cancelation Policy

• In the unlikely scenario that Boxengasse has to cancel an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.

• In the unlikely scenario that Boxengasse has to postpone an event, ticket holders will have the option to either receive a full refund or use their ticket for any replacement date announced for that particular event.​
